One-family houses

Warm house is designed on the basis of precast concrete elements – such as walls, hollow core slabs, stairs, etc.

Projects of family houses may vary, but all precast concrete collective houses are assembled from precast concrete elements. Heating resistance is from 6,64 m2K/W.

Hollow core slabs, walls, stairs and facades make one single system, which enables to make construction more efficient, and assembling works – faster.

House built on the base of precast concrete system is warm and economical. High energetic efficiency of such family house is assured because of certain heating resistance parameters as well as tightness of house.

Precast concrete elements are factory-made, they are completed and ready for assembling on the construction site. Quality is assured in the factory.

Technical ducts and inserts for electricity are incorporated prior to casting.

Internal and external surfaces of the walls are finished: it may be clinker, graphic concrete, self finished concrete, colored concrete, etc. No need of any additional finishing on the construction site.

“Betonika” has designed and built house based on precast concrete system in Jonučiai, Kaunas distr. This house looks like made of bricks, nevertheless the construction is based on precast concrete. Assembling took only 18 working days.
