“Betonika” offers precast concrete solutions for small and large manufacturing plants.  The customer is able to take full advantage of the large span capacities and achieve a fast construction schedules by the usage of precast concrete.

The precast structure is normally composed of columns, long-span roof beams, and hollow-core roof units and floor slabs on the intermediate floors, which may be inserted in some parts or in the entire building.

Specific features of our precast industrial buildings are the high floor loading and durability, particularly also in a permanently humid environment, for example in paper mills.

The walls may be produced as load bearing and facades – aesthetic and totally finished (reckli, graphic concrete, self finished surface, etc.)
