Bashallen concept

The "Bashallen" system is composed of two modulated components: a saddle roof slab and load-bearing façades in architectural concrete. The solution offers large internal open spaces, with free spans up to 32 m, and a variable length modulated on 2.4 m. The internal height can vary up to 8 m. Intermediate floors may be installed over a part or the whole surface. The aesthetic outlook of the façade has been carefully studied. Rounded corners and cornices in panoply of surface finishing and colours give the building a prestigious outlook.

Thermal capacity and insulation of the complete concrete building ensures a stable indoor climate with low energy consumption.

The sandwich façades in the “Bashallen” concept are composed of an external leaf in architectural concrete, 150 mm insulation and an internal load-bearing concrete leaf. The standard width of the units is 2.40 m and the thickness 300 mm. Openings for windows, doors and gates may be provided. Different surface finishing and colours are possible.

Significant advantage of “Bashallen” system is the short construction time. Taking into account the customer’s demand for a speedy return on investment “Bashallen” construction system has a number of positive features compared with traditional construction methods. The erection of elements is simple and fast. The external walls are factory made products. Factory production means rational and efficient manufacturing processes, quality surveillance, hermetic building and good thermal insulation.

For the annual contest "Lithuanian product of the year - 2005" - organized by the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists “Betonika” has presented the “BASHALLEN” construction system and was awarded a gold medal.
