Most residential buildings are between 4 and 25 stories high, but contemporary prefabrication enables the construction of precast apartment buildings of up to 40 stories.

By using the hollow core concrete elements with spans up to 12 metres extending across the house, there is possible to obtain floors with very large and unobstructed areas.
