“Betonika” is a subsidiary of international holding “CONSOLIS”, which was founded in 2005 following the merger of the Finnish capital enterprises’ group “Consolis Oy Ab” and the French leading producer of precast concrete products “Bonna Sabla SA”. The new association constitutes a group of over 10000 employees, with about 1.8 billion Euros in sales in 2008, being present in over 25 countries from Finland to Tunisia, and from Portugal to Russia, and Indonesia.

With as much as 100 years of experience, Consolis companies offer a wide range of products and services, including project design and implementation.
Historically, Consolis has grown largely through acquisitions. Over the past few years, they have accelerated and will continue. Expansion will occur primarily in Europe through growth in existing markets, as well as entering new ones.
External growth will be fueled by organic growth. This implies promoting prefabricated products within the construction industry. It will also require that Consolis actively continue to develop products, production processes, building systems and services. At the same time, profitable growth is only possible by the successful integration of the companies in the new Consolis and by leveraging cross-selling and synergies across the organization.
