Warm house is designed from precast concrete elements – such as walls, hollow core slabs, and stairs.
Projects of houses may vary, nevertheless all collective houses are built from precast concrete. Thermal resistance is from 6,64 m2K/W. Facades are aesthetic and solid – it may be clinker, graphic concrete, reckli, etc.
Why does “House – 2010“ deserve your attention?
1. Warm house. High energetic efficiency of family house is granted by certain heating resistance parameters as well as tightness of house. Heating resistance of “sandwich” walls is from 6,64 m2K/W, heating resistance of windows is 1,00 m2K/W; heating resistance of roof is 9,30 m2K/W; - floors - 4,94 m2K/W. Precast concrete wall consists from 2 concrete layers, connected by steel joints, and between these layers insulation layer is installed. Laboratory of Building thermal physics near Institute of Architecture and Construction of Kaunas technological university executed the calculation of heating efficiency. Energetic efficiency class of house is B.
2. Precast concrete elements are factory-made, and they are being delivered to the construction site completely ready for assembling. No need of any additional finishing. Technical ducts and inserts for electricity are incorporated prior to casting (there is not necessary to drill, no dust and noise on the construction site).
3. Full package is available. We are offering designing, production, transportation and assembling – completed package. Customer is welcome to choose, what services he requires.
3.1. Assembling of precast concrete elements. “Betonika” is assembling the precast concrete system, and other works are under the responsibility of customer.
3.2. Turnkey construction. “Betonika” is making house on the terms of main contractor.
3.3. Energetic efficiency of the house is estimated and the technical passport is placed on the customer request. We offer technical assistance and technical supervision.
4. Preparing of technical documentation and its validation. On the customer request specialists of “Betonika” may help with the fulfilling the application form for getting the technical terms of construction. Our designers are designing the elements and preparing technical project as well as taking the permission for house construction.
5. On the customer request “Betonika” may offer design of exterior and house surrounding territory. “Sister” company “Bonna Sabla” in France has great experience in making original and aesthetic details of architecture, suitable for exterior, such as flowerpots, benches, tennis tables, pavement bricks, decorative details, etc. On the customer request house territory will be trimmed up.
6. Innovative house. On the basis of “know-how” of international group “Consolis”, Betonika” applies the novelties for the construction of “House – 2010“. It enables to increase the energy efficiency of this house as well as to save on the heating expenses. Hereby we are introducing the specimen project of “House – 2010”. Nevertheless on the customer request we may offer other projects or design the precast concrete elements according to the customer’s draft.
