Systems of precast concrete elements were successfully designed by „Betonika“ and applied for such objcets as multifunctional shopping and leisure centers, offices A and B class, multistory residential houses. Technical solutions based on precast concrete elements provide wide choice for architectures as well as for designers in realizing house and buildings construction ideas. “Betonika” has designed the parking house system, based on precast concrete elements. This system was successfully applied in the construction of Kaunas Akropolis parking house. Three stores of this multistory house were built above the busy avenue of Karaliaus Mindaugas.
„Betonika“ was the first company in Lithuania, which has introduced complete technical solution for the construction of multistory residential houses. This system, based on Scandinavian technologies, enabled to consider the precast concrete elements as perfect construction material and deny the still prevailing opinion, that houses made from precast concrete elements are cold and non-aesthetic. “Betonika” offers full package and complete solution, including hollow core slabs, sandwich walls, internal walls (one leaf), stairs flights and landings, balconies as well as lift shafts.
